What a wonderful sandwich place. I came across as I walked pass by. Gave it a try. One of those small gems. Fresh and tasty. I also liked their canoli. The people behind the counter are friendly too. Definetely recommend if you are around and get hungry.
Chicken club deluxe and the brie bacon cranberry are two great sandwiches
It’s the best! Giant sandwiches, generous fresh filling, great staff. So reliable, friendly staff. You’ve got to try their famous chicken escalope.

I’ve visited Basil’s for my breakfast and lunch everyday this week, the sandwiches are both delicious and well proportioned. A great variety of fillings and breads. The service is great and full of lighthearted conversation. If I find myself here again 10/10 would go again. Oh and prices are quite good too
The best place to go for lot of varieties of delicious hot and cold sandwiches and also jacket potatoes with delicious fillings.
Best sandwiches in the city! All made to order, there’s so much to choose from there’s something for everyone. And you’ll be served by extremely helpful, friendly chaps who are speedy too. An all round good egg.
