I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and oh boy I definitely needed it! Andrea is super lovely and great at what she does – not only the massage itself but offering advice and guidance on how to deal with the tension in my shoulders and what stretches to do. Lovely atmosphere too
I’ve had many painful knots in my back for a while so I booked a deep tissue massage hoping to ease the pain. Andrea was very helpful and found the exact spots where I was feeling the most pain. She has great knowledge and as it was my first ever deep tissue massage I was very impressed with the results. I left in alot less pain and discomfort. 🙂

I had a great massage with Paul. It was my first soft tissue massage and he made me feel like I was in safe hands. The massage was pleasant and the conversation stimulating. I felt more mobile after the massage and he was kind enough to provide me with a bespoke stretching routine to continue after the session. Unfortunately, I moved to Bristol the week after the session otherwise I would have booked in a regularly slot with Paul.
I feel like a new person! I cannot recommend Paulius enough. Not only was he extremely friendly and comfortable to work with, he was highly knowledgeable and picked up on all my trouble spots. I would give him six stars if I could.
I love my massages with Paul. He has a fantastic technique and an intuitive feel for exactly which muscles need working on that week! No matter how much sport I play he seems to be able to put my body back together again for another week. Plus he isn’t just a massage therapist, he is a technician who really knows his game with a wealth of knowledge to back it up. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
