My boiler broke down one evening. I found Sage Plumbing and heating thanks to the Gas Registered postcode search. I called them and they were very responsive and came to visit my flat the following day. They ran some tests and found out that my 10yo boiler had at least two parts which were about to break down completely.

Amazing service, I’m very happy with the boiler replacement. Andres was very quick to get back to me on the original enquiry. We discussed my options and he sent me a couple of quotes a few days later. The 2 options were clearly stated and the costs broken down.

Andres is very knowledgeable and professional. He is punctual and reliable.
I had five plumbers coming before Andres over the past couple of weeks. No one managed to fix my boiler.

Fantastic service from Jason and Geovanna at Inner City Plumbers. We contracted them for our Flat Refurbishment – new bathroom, kitchen and office.

I would highly recommend Inner City Plumbers and found Jason to be very professional and courteous. I had several problems as a legacy of a far less scrupulous plumber. Jason took the time to talk through various options and solutions with me, then worked hard to rectify the problems and make improvements.

Jason as always was communicative and efficient. He identified and fixed an issue with our toilet and this has completely fixed the problem. This is the second time we have used Jason for plumbing issues and would definitely both recommend and use again! Thanks

We have used Lloyd over the years for various bits but most recently to install our new boiler which he also moved to a new location in the basement, a downstairs loo, changed our radiators, installed our new kitchen appliances (including waste disposal) and replaced all our old lead pipes. Each of these jobs we are extremely happy with and would recommend Staunch & Flow in a heartbeat.
When we moved into our new home, the boiler was on all the time. They went above and beyond to diagnose and sort the problem, which turned out to be another plumber’s faulty installation. Have already recommended them to friends and family. What more can i say, except a big thanks to Lloyd and the team 🙂

Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again.
