Went to the store for analysis and a new pair of running trainers for my next marathon. Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the shoes and recommending what would work for me specifically, despite the store being busy. He juggled multiple customers at the same time and made sure to give everyone the same high standard of service. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you.

I went for a gait analysis at this runners need store. The expert was extremely helpful and took a lot of time explaining which shoes would be most suitable for me. He also took the time to explain a lot of the technical terms which I am not familiar with.

The overall experience was great. Very helpful and friendly staff (not pushy and no forced sales) who patiently worked through various options after a gait test to see what would suit my needs and hopefully address my running issues.
