An utterly charming and welcoming stay. The perfect antidote to all of the clinical ’boutique’ hotels out there. Quirky large room in a superb location in the heart of Notting Hill. The staff were friendly and engaging and the breakfast was bountiful. It was like staying at an old Aunt’s place. Superb. Will definitely stay again.
It will situated and close to places to eat. It’s clean. It also has a semi-private entrance/exit. Staff is accommodating and friendly.
Really nice, clean a little old fashioned but I pretty much prefer it to most other places I’ve stayed. Helpful with the parking. Good breakfast and just an agreeable place to be.

Great hosts, great location near tube and away from noise. Rooms are lovely. Easy tube ride from Heathrow. I can’t wait to go back. Planning a trip for end of year (I hope) and wouldn’t hesitate to book there again.

Would love to have you, or both of you, here again! So many guests are writing to us, wanting to return again; alas, London Lockdown means only dreaming of enjoying this great city.

Charlotte was an excellent host and the rooms were modern and spotless. Favorite amenity is the heated mirrors in the bathroom that don’t collect steam on them after a hot shower. Conveniently located right next to the Fulham Broadway.
