Perfect location. Easy access to Underground ( Lancaster Gate) & British Rail ( Paddington) Directly across the street from Kensington Gardens (Italian Gardens).
Nice hotel over looking lake in Hyde Park. Bed was comfy, good shower. Breakfast was ok.
This is a great place to stay in for a quick staycation. Clean and cozy. Very thumbs up to their Filipina Receptionist! Shes lovely and very helpful! Made our stay memorable.

Great location near Victoria station. A little hotel with 6 rooms. Very quiet. Calm.
The room is well agenced
Great location near swimming pool but you have to walk 2 streets to get keys, breakfast or check out. They should have a leave the key in the room check out. Breakfast was not on my way so didn’t try it but breakfast room looked way too crammed when I looked into it. Room was nice.
Good comfortable rooms and decent prices too. Shower was good and room was nice and clean.

Wonderful hotel!! We had such an amazing stay! The only thing is it’s so lovely you don’t want to leave the hotel which is a shame when you’re in London it’s a very special place. Absolutely love the the lounge when there is food all day. Nothing is too much trouble. Such a relaxing stay.
A surprise trip away to this beautifully unique and exclusive hotel was a real treat when celebrating a birthday.
Having just returned from a long weekend break celebrating joint 60th Birthdays and 45 years of friendship, we can honestly say that our stay with you has been absolutely Amazing. The Hotel, the decor,  the friendly staff, the personal.
