Scenario helped us through the design process and planning application for a 6m extension on our garden flat in London. Having recently completed the project and spent time living in the new space we have found their design to complement the surrounding spaces well. The project did end up costing over 50% more than anticipated however. Pleasant to work with and overall a good experience.

Fantastic team to work with, creative minds with beautiful designs. We did a big renovation project with them and enjoyed the whole process, from the initial design, site management to the finishing touches. Veronica first visited us in 2019 to discuss our requirements for a single storey rear extension. It was obvious that she very quickly understood what it was we wanted and was proposing things that we would never have thought of. It wasn’t long before we had plans ready to submit to the planning department which Veronica handled and consent was granted.

As a Designer at Roundhouse I have worked on several high-end residential projects with Veronica, always a great outcome – experienced, communicative and visionary. We recently completed a beautiful high spec refurbishment together near Richmond Park.

I had Veronica work with me on a full house extension and refurb project and found her to be very knowledgeable and proficient. She has an excellent understanding of the planning application process also, which made for a very seamless project.
