Reka Property Management are a highly professional company. Douglas and his team are in full control of all maintenance requirements and the complete oversight of properties.
Being living in Reka’s property for a few months, all I can say is that lovely polite individuals are willing to help you out when you are in difficulties. And as I am living in the HMO that they are managing, places are clean and organized as they arrange cleaners, and I felt great when I moved in.
Six years ago we moved in to a one bedroom flat managed by Reka Property and the person who present the flat was Mr. Douglas Fokuo. Recently we moved back to Romania, those six years spend in there where absolutely perfect, no problems everything was smooth.

LBM have been very proactive in dealing with building issues, from the council not collecting bins to ensuring that abandoned cars are removed.
