I’ve been to a number of Shisha Lounges, but the Shisha Lounge at Waterfront is by far my favorite. The staff are always attentive and helpful, which is great when you’re not sure what kind of flavor you want to try. I also love the views of the pier from this location! Great place for drinks and food too!

It was my first time coming to this restaurant and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very lovely and the food was great! I had wonderful waiter called Tanny, he was was amazing and made my experience wonderful! I would definitely recommend

Amazed by the service, from shisha staff to the ones that were serving food. They’d be coming up to us at the right times and were so helpful. Food was also very nice.

Absolutely sublime shisha! Best shisha in London. Beautiful settings. Comfy and cosy seating. Roni was attentive and helpful and recommended a great mix which I usually wouldn’t go for.

Great shisha place . We were able to come in without booking. Amazing cocktails and knowledgeable staff. Will be back for sure .

Lovely place with great service, and the shisha is the best tasting shisha I have had in London. Also Martin who works upstairs in the shisha lounge is excellent with his customer service and very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

First time here and you have to meet Martin – cool guy real friendly comes up to you and shares his shisha experiences/recommendations and all. Just love it and would defo visit again!
