A really exceptional service! Used for a Building Survey prior to purchase of a property. Technically expert and very thorough, also delivering a very clear and easy-to-follow report, and excellent post delivery service. A well rounded service that delivered on all levels and I would definitely recommend.

Gold crest did our property survey on our first house purchase and they were brilliant, survey done within the week and report received back within 5 days even though we were given longer time scales, brilliant communication kept me informed throughout the process and brilliant follow up after survey was completed with support provided.

Gold Crest took control of everything from start to finish and kept me informed. I had to delay the survey due to the chain breaking down but this was not a problem. They just put the survey on hold and I just contacted them when I was ready.
